What we do

Bid management with automatic levelling. Invitations go out targeted by trade, geography and capability rather than blanket-blasted, subs submit through a structured form or by uploading their own proposal which is parsed into line items, and every bid is normalised into the same scope structure automatically. Gaps and overlaps between trades are highlighted before award, not after. The contractor sees a true comparison including exclusions and alternates, and the audit trail supports the award decision.

General contractors and construction managers on projects from 500k to 50m, plus the subcontractors who want to be invited to the right work.

The problem

A general contractor bidding a job sends invitations to sixty subs, receives eighteen bids by email in eighteen formats, and spends two days levelling them into a comparable spreadsheet to find that half exclude something different.

Bids arrive late, scopes have gaps nobody notices until construction, and a missed exclusion becomes a change order.

Subs meanwhile get blanket invitations for work they would never take.
