The scope lines

Ask every bidder to say, for each line, whether it is priced, included, or excluded. A line a bid never mentions is the one that turns into a change order.

  • Keying and permanent cores left out, or priced for construction cores only.
  • Access control coordination assumed to be the security vendor's.
