Ask every bidder to say, for each line, whether it is priced, included, or excluded. A line a bid never mentions is the one that turns into a change order.

  • Test and balance excluded, or assumed to be carried by the owner.
  • Equipment supports, curbs and structural framing for rooftop units left to steel or roofing.
  • Crane and rigging for rooftop equipment assumed to be the GC's.
